They need to take their time to get it right. 3 different hairdressers. 3 times in a row now that they've messed up.

I have been client for quite a while and couldn't be happier. Very polite and professional team. The place is spotless and smells very nice. Prices are very reasonable too, for both male and female haircuts. Highly recommend to give it a try.

This is my usual place and service was good until today. The lady seemed to be in hurry. She cut the hair too short and disproportionate. Also, didn't cut around the ear and back with razor for clean cut. Later she told my hair are messy and put on gel without asking. Waste of $25, I will go to another barber to finish.

Should be 0 stars.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!My partner had a men's cut done there over the weekend and after waking up the next day horribly itchy and sore we knew something was off. After seeing his GP he was told he has a SKIN INFECTION as a result of the UNCLEAN CLIPPERS used. He has now had to fork over more money for treatments than it cost for the haircut. After calling the salon numerous times with no answer he decided to go in storeand approach them about the situation. All they said was the manager wasn't there and they weren't going to do anything about it. All they did was gaslight him by saying its just his skin and nothing to do with them.DISGUSTING SERVICE AND EVEN WORSE HYGINE PRACTICES.

The staff are beautiful and understanding. I have been going for 10 years and the service has been number 1. They always do an excellent job with my hair.
