Should’ve written this earlier, the owner is the friendliest person you’ll ever meet! Price is more than fair but I’d be willing to pay extra regardless, just for the flawless customer service that is provided every time.

Fantastic place. The plants and flowers all presented stunningly, my husband sends me the most amazing bunch of flowers all the time as they never disappoint me with such beauty! When you buy the plants they sell, the lovely staff give you all the info you need in making sure your plant lives a happy life! Well done to Jodie and her team for making all my special occasions bring such a special moment to me when I receive such stunning flowers.

This lady is amazing! I bought flowers for my nanna who just got out of surgery for cancer today. I've never bought flowers online before, but as i'm in QLD i am unable to personally deliver them. I was given a phone call from this lovely lady, who advised me of the 12pm cut off for delivery, which i didn't realise. I changed it to pick up and she arranged to have the flowers ready as soon as possible with some extras added in to cover the delivery cost.Usually most companies would take the extra money and come up with a reason as to why, and they also wouldn't give you a call to explain the situation. So i am very much now a valued customer who will order from Embellish Flowers and Plant Bar, for every special occasion!

I have been lucky enough to receive many arrangements from embellish from my husband and was so impressed at how beautiful they always are how long they last.I have also purchased plants as gifts and I must say the quality is outstanding.My favourite is the dried flowers and Jodie can make anything to suit your budget.Definitely worth a visit into the shop, Jodie is always up for a chat and she has an eye for detail and is very passionate about her work.Outstanding customer service.
