Called them and made an appointment for them to come out and do a quote on a drainage issue at my place in silkstone 3 weeks ago , was given a date for them to come on the 2nd of november , i received an EMAIL saying they can no longer come and give me a quote , thats pretty bad service when you can't even come at the agreed time and do the quote , we have been waiting for them as we thought we had found the right people for the job but obviously not . Trying to get anything done to your house these days is hopeless , and this is obviously another one of those hopeless companies.

Michael and his team are amazing! We had a job that was time sensitive due to our house being on the market and Michael was able to come and do a quote in no time and because we were selling, he organised a crew to get to us ASAP to complete the work. Michael is personable, genuine and he clearly cares about his customers and the people he chooses to represent his business as Owen, Blair and Victor were not only great at what they do, they were courteous, kind, respectful, wonderfully entertaining and left the site immaculate. I highly recommend Michael and the team from Walters and I wouldn't hesitate in booking them again.
