My mother went missing, for over 30 minutes I found her naked in another resident's room naked , and also found her fon floor after fall. Iasked for a doctor and incident report where the F.M provided a false report. Recording of incident and complaints were disregarded , I have taken to the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission .

Both my parents have lived at E Terrace since 2015. They love it! Staff are absolutely devoted and loving. Dad peacefully passed away with dignity today, aged 96. We felt so supported by the outpouring of genuine compassion expressed by all the carers, RNs, DON. I can't adequately express my gratitude - thank-you Fay and the team.

Our mother Mathilda lived at Emerald High Care section for close on 4 years after suffering a debilitating stroke 4 years earlier.The level of care and love she received from all staff was immeasurable and mum's life was definitely prolonged by the high level of care shown by Faye (Director of Nursing) and her wonderful team.The rooms were of ample size with views, air-conditioning and excellent ambience and several outdoor areas to sit and enjoy the environment. At the time of mum's stroke we looked at several nursing homes and several 5 Star Aged Care facilities in the Eastern region. It is fair to say none of them offered the ambience, homeliness and value for money as Emerald. In the end selecting Emerald was the best decision we could have made for mum's health, wellbeing and long term care.Thank you Faye and your wonderful team, you helped prolong mum's life well beyond the specialists 6 month prediction !All the best for the future, Shirley, Sally and David

Dad is so content, perhaps even happy thereHe loves the view and the trees and always directs my attention to the leavesEvery visit he thanks us for finding Emerald TerraceThe people are the most wonderful thing about Emerald Terrace and the atmosphere is genuinely like a family (without the quarrels!)Cleanliness is paramount and Emerald Terrace is the cleanest, best kept facility out of the 20 or so I have visited.
