Vicki was downright rude, having problems with a hot water system on rental property I own in Lithgow. Trying to get some advice and help as I live long distance and she could not have been more clear she did not want the business. Rushing to get me off the phone, abrupt, unhelpful and absolutely would not use this business. I rang Reece plumbing in Bathurst straight after and got a delightful level of service and will be using them instead. Again money being spent outside of Lithgow for a Lithgow job. Disheartening.
