A dedicated and professional piano moving service with expenses less than general furniture movers. What really made my day was when they cleaned the back of the old-ish piano before the drop-off. That 2 minutes effort goes a long way to show how thoughtful and professional they are! Really happy customer here.

Everything was so smooth! I submitted a quote request and they got back to me the next day on email and by phone. It was easy to call back and book. The quote was fair and transparent (GST inclusive, insurance included). The move itself went perfectly. They let us know the day before when they were coming. They contacted the pickup people too so I didn't have to coordinate anything. The staff called and emailed with the ETA 20 minutes before they arrived as promised and the staff who moved the piano were nice, professional and gave us tips on how to look after the piano over time. Completely thrilled with this service. Great to have a modern business doing it right. 5 stars!

Mostly excellent. I say 'mostly' because I received a quote but was then later told that a 'morning only' delivery would cost more... I can't really take a star off, as it might be my miscommunication. I re-scheduled and everyone was happy. Importantly, the office staff were super responsive and helpful, the delivery guys were cheerful and skilled. They were very careful with my old upright, and quicker than I expected. B0067911-D
