Absolutely appalling customer service. Sally from customer service was extremely rude when my daughter accidentally dropped a tiny piece of food. It's quite disappointing to know that Adair's would hire such abrupt stuff for the store. No education, manners or basic customer service from her! We walked out of the store empty handed even though our intention was to get some bedding. I would never again set foot on your store unless Sally's behaviour is corrected or she's fired.

I did the call and collect service during lockdown with springvale adairs. Jas was bubbly, friendly and knows their stock very well. Before I went to collect the stuff, She particularly told me which entrance of car park that I should enter to easily access collection parking spot. Wonderful purchase experience thanks to her.
