Brian was upfront with cost on changing the alternator with parts and labor, though the compressor gas charge was a bit of a surprise to me later, but understandable that it had to degassed to remove the part. Delivery was on time, so far in to 3rd week with service and my CX-9 works as its supposed to. Second time with these guys and overall good experience dealing.

Great people , really quick and easy pink slip for my car and my caravan .My caravan got stuck in the middle of street out front and they advised me on how to fix it and saved me so extra props for them :)
