When it comes to look, feel, and user experience, Homely's app is loads better than its competitors. It's easy to use, information is displayed better than its competitors and its features are more convenient. Definitely a preferred website for finding Australian property.

A real estate portal with a difference. There is nothing like speaking with the neighbours / locals before buying your new home, to see the pro's and con's of an area. A great way for a buyer to get a feel for an area prior to buying in, depending on what's important for them from a work and/or lifestyle point of view ...

The MAJOR PROBLEM with 'Homely' is that TO THIS DAY they are retaining/'serving up' a SOUP of comments/material acquired in past decades, ALL UNDATED. This makes it impossible for peeps to know whether comments/dialogues are currently relevant, or hopelessly outdated/utterly irrelevant. The only way forward for them is to delete all undated stuff on their website (or date it), and only retain dated stuff/'record'/serve dated stuff henceforth. Otherwise, they are simply a transparent joke 'Bulletin Board-type' entity. That said, I seem to recall that even the 1980s bulletin boards had a mechanism by which the date of posts could be easily ascertained ... It seems this level of technology is beyond 'Homely'.

One of the easier real estate platforms to use. Using collections to store all my liked homes helps me keep dreaming.

The website looks ok, until you realise that some of the reviews on suburbs are written by trolls or people who try to manipulate suburb ratings for their own suburbs gains. I have reported a profile who left 20+ negative reviews because he was trying to be funny on certain suburbs, and was informed that they are leaving the reviews because they don't breach their review guidelines.Well then, you might want to change those guidelines because soon enough you will lose your reputation for review scores....
