A special mention to the administration staff at the medical centre. They are patient, knowledgeable & extremely helpful especially in stressful situations. They are very kind & understanding. Thankyou ladies. We are grateful always.

I am very angry. My mother was sent a text to book in for her second dose of Astra vaccine. Upon arrival, she was told to wait outside which she waited a whole hour and wasn't given any notice or ANYTHING until she had to knock and ask. That's when this rude receptionist was not empathetic at all and told my mother that in such a rude tone that the vaccine is only done on two days of the week. As if she hasn't been telling her the past hour to just wait outside instead of properly following up with her appointment?? Nowhere was this noticed when booking in, and in that whole hour, no one had notified her about this. My mother was very upset.Pros: RNS do a great job with the jabs, quick and painless!

Thanks to Dr Yehlen Mendiola first time I booked with her. She checked my daughter who is 3yr old daughter very well she follow up her test and call me right away!My daughter even told me how nice she is!Appreciate your empathy,kindness and compassion. God Bless you!

Arrived 11:30 am with a 12:00 pm booking, we’ve went straight to confirm the receptionist that we’re booked, she said just sit and wait….. and after 2 hrs we asked what happened for the 12pm booking, they said again just sit and wait, with no explanation of what happened. So unprofessional and lack of training.

Very bad service. Dr Julian Lai booked appointment with me at 3.30pm. When I arrived, she totally ignore and let me wait during her medical procedure. I waited for an hour. I asked reception that how long for my wait.The Dr said that she doesn't know when she will finish it". Either I am continuing wait for her or make another appointment with reception. I really don't know how good she is. But her attitude and professional are very bad. Never want to see this Doctor again"

Phoned earlier today with major concerns and in a lot of pain was told I had to wait till 5pm to speak to a Dr. A phone consult was booked in for me. Did not here from any Dr at all. If someone needs to see a Dr straight away they will make you wait to speak to a Dr first then maybe call you in the next day for a face to face consult. That’s if they call you on your appointment time at all. Not what I call service at all.

Most doctors are good. Sometimes hard to see the good ones though

Fantastic service! Always kind and accommodating. Dr Fernandez is knowledgeable and great with kids. Can not praise her and her care highly enough, she is always capable and manages both my children's and my own complex health needs.

Let's admit it's not about atmosphere. It's about having a medical centre close to you.

Great medical centre with great range of facilities. Wait times are sometimes long, but happy to wait for fantastic service. It's good to know that if need be the doctor will take the extra time to spend on patients. Not all problems are the same length of time. Great practice!!! Would highly recommend all Drs at this clinic. They are all honest and very knowledgeable. Dr Uddin is fantastic.
