I recently used Port Crystal Cleaners for rug cleaning, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way.Their professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding.I was amazed by their ability to remove all the stains that were on my rug, especially with it being white.There was not one spot left on it and the rug looks like a brand new rug.There was no chemical residue or overpowering scent left behind either.The teams professionalism and customer service were fantastic. I was able to get a quote very quickly online which was followed up with a phone call explaining the quote and with instructions on dropping the rug off using there drive thru service, where I didn't even need to get out of the car. ( I did notice in their quote they also provide pick up and drop off service.)In Terms of pricing I found their rates to be very fair and reasonable, and well worth the money for the service provided.

I was amazed that this service was available in Port as we have just moved and decided to clean our large rug as we moved into our new home. The rug is 8 years old and had been steamed clean several times, but the vibrancy of the colours looked dull. PCC collected the rug, professionally cleaned it and returned it within 2 days. It is now ready to enhance our home once again. Thank you PCC.

What a professional company to deal with. I first saw sponsored videos on Facebook and was amazed at the full on process that is undertaken to clean your rugs! I have my beautiful aged rug that after Port Crystal Cleaners have serviced it, it now looks like new. Highly recommend this company for any of your needs.

I had previously had my rug cleaned in Sydney prior to returning to Port Macquarie and the results were not great, the outcome this time was amazing, my rug looks like it did the day I first purchased it. Daniel and his team were great as usual. I have used this amazing company before but for a flooded carpet and was delighted with the prompt attendance and result. This time it was for a sofa covered in tanning oil and two mattresses with baby formula spilled all through them. The boys that came were so thorough and the sofa looks like new and the mattresses also. I can highly recommend this company and will be using them again if I need to.Adele Miedecke

What an amazing job by Daniel of Port Crystal Cleaning. He had such a big clean of tiles, carpets and garage for a rental that has been vacated. Daniel was so obliging he did it on the day I requested and what a difference it made. I highly recommend Port Crystal Cleaners for any job.
