Great until you dign for the rental. Was told the owner is replacing the fraying and ageing dining room chairs. Almost 8 months later still waiting.Submitted a maintenance request in early Jan, they inspected the place, still waiting for the repair. Same maintenance request reported air conditioning system is not working. 2 months later the system is not repaired and i suffer in the summer heat with a western facing property. They are hopeless with property maintenance.

TERRIBLE! Rude staff especially the receptionist. Their handling of noise complaints (regarding one of their tenants) is an absolute joke. Numerous formal breaches and Elders are still giving their tenant more chances. You should be held accountable for your poor decision making. Would NEVER recommend Elders Gladstone.

Communication was ridiculous. In two years I lost count of the amount of property managers I had. Damage to my house that was not picked up on through inspections and exit report.If I could put 0 stars I would... Strongly do not recommend.

Still waiting for reply from Elders from my on line 'request an inspection' a week ago. Rang Gladstone office, salesman on holidays, told by who answered my call that my info would be passed on to another sales person to contact me, still waiting. Salesman was due back two days after my phone call! Still no contact. Bad luck for them. Ineffective business.

They broke terms of our contract and did not do the required amount or adequate inspections for the property of mine they were managing. They are happy to take your money but not provided the services outlined in the contracts with them. Would not recommend using them if you are a property owner. Negligent at best.

She is extremely thorough in her inspections and quick to notify us when there are maintenance issues that need fixing. We also appreciate the regular email updates by Mary on the current rental/sales market in the Gladstone region. Keep up the good work elders!

The sale was slow to start. Difficulity contacting the agent but once contact was made, Luke made up for it with his constant contact advising me of offers, true property value and I was very happy with the fast sale.
