Their pizzas used to be good, the last 2 x has gone downhill. I just bought 2 x pizzas just over $40, 1 bbq chicken and 1 margharitta, there was about 2 pieces off chicken on each slice of pizza, for $22 there should be way more than that, their pizza sizes have gone down as well and they are now thick, i feel like Im eating bread not pizza! Wont be shopping there for a while again that’s for sure!

The range of the food is awesome and the fact that it is so unique compared to the rest of the other eateries around them makes it a great place to go for lunch with friends.The servings are great in size and the prices are only slightly above what I'd usually expect, but you are getting value for money with the quality.The only negatives would be that whilst I appreciate their cultural music being played, it is often on too loud to be enjoyable, and ordering around midday can have you waiting at least half an hour for your food to be delivered, even if you are the only customers, making it a bit problematic if you are on a lunch break from work.Overall, you're never going to be disappointed with any of the food that you order, but you just kind of need to be ready for the atmosphere.

We enjoy going to Pizza Palace at Browns Plains. We have dined in at the store a few times this year, usually mid-late afternoon. The atmosphere is great, the staff friendly and the pizza is superb. I love the wall décor, the booths inside are cosy and we enjoy listening to the music. Menu wise, I can only recommend the pizza because that's all we have tried but the place has delicious cooking smells and other orders that we've seen go past our table look tasty too. From my family's perspective, it has the best pizza we have tasted anywhere and we wish we lived closer or it was closer to where we live so we could enjoy it more often.

The food was amazing. Really enjoyed all the dishes we ordered. However, I have to say that having tap water from the actual sink where people wash their hands was quite a letdown. Surely, it's not that hard to put tap water in a water jug.

$6.50 for a bottle of water? Seriously? What kind of scam is that? Please reconsider this or have tap water available.Otherwise food tastes great and customer service is good.

Really yummy food and great portion sizes - I wouldn't fault the price or preparation of food at all. But, I have two comments (which is why my rating is 3/5):(1) The main thing that was mildly annoying was that it is not clear on the menu what is dairy free (or, any dietary requirements for that matter). I had to ask the waitress and they didn't know, and I had to prompt them to ask the chef because I have an allergy. It turns out, I could only have one of the meals out of the ones I was choosing from because in other meals, the meat's marinade is made with dairy products.(2) There was no complimentary water. Please provide some cold water, or at the least, some tap water for patrons. Not everyone wants to pay for their drink.

Above average pizza for the logan area, lot of effort in the dining experience (walls,lights, booths) but the covers for the table legs were a pain.

Staff here are exceptional, we always get top quality service and cleanliness. The food, exceptional. I've been to alot of pizza places, but Pizza Palace lives up to its name. Huge, flavourful pizza, always packed with top quality ingredients. Deep smokey flavours, perfect amount of sauce, the crust was crispy and perfect. Food came out quickly from the friendly staff and was a fantastic date night with my wife. Cannot recommend enough 10/10.
