Leigh and the guys did a fantastic job fitting the air conditioning in our flat, which was a tricky job. The unit looks great and everything around it is very neat and tidy. Very reasonable price as well. Highly recommended.

Leigh was recommended to us by a friend and we couldn't be happier. We installed a ducted system in the middle of COVID, and units were in short supply. Leigh kept us up to date about the progress all the way. Additionally with our beautiful ornate ceilings, they took time to make sure the vents weren't going to be an eyesore and take away from their beauty, recommending we change them. Job well done, we wouldn't hesitate in recommending Leigh and the team to anybody.

Leigh & Gavin have provided servicing for my home split system & ducted AC systems for several years and recently replaced the 17 year old ducted AC.Their customer service is first class; they are very professional, reliable and responsive, and communicate thoroughly all aspects of the job.Everything is left spotless after the work is completed.I recommend Stafford Brothers very highly.

Leigh and Gavin were fantastic at communicating at all stages and I had full trust in their guidance when choosing the right air con for our house. Jai and Glenn were very professional, respectful and tidy. They took time to ensure I was 100% happy with the installation location before finalising and also spent time afterwards explaining all the features and ensuring I was comfortable using the aircon before they left. It is clear that The Stafford Brothers put their customers at the centre of everything they do - which results in very happy customers like myself! I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Fantastic Company. Initial install went faultlessly but their post install service is excellent as well. When I experienced a minor maintenance issue 12 months after the initial install, Leigh could not get round here fast enough to assist and get the unit back up to optimum performance. Leigh showed me how to clean the filters etc etc. Thanks Leigh and thanks to Stafford Brothers Air Conditioning.

True professionals. Leigh and Gavin were amazing from start to finish. They are conscientious and execute with the utmost care. I had an Innova 2.0 Air Conditioner installed, and all of their work was top notch. They made 6 core drills, installed the drain and unit, and left no mess whatsoever. They cleaned up and removed all rubbish, and didn't generate any dust. A very impressive job. I am someone who pays attention to detail, and it is a wonderful (and rare) experience to have been serviced by a company that truly cares and who matched (and exceeded) my expectations. When it comes to the world of air conditioners, the Stafford Brothers are up there with the best.Of course, like you, I have experienced first hand and heard from close friends many negative stories about dealing with tradespeople. Concerns usually centred on tradespeople with a “near enough is good enough” attitude, who are lazy, lack vision and are outright unprofessional despite their inflated fees. In my experience, some tradespeople have no difficulty looking their clients straight in the eye and telling them outright lies and sometimes even causing more problems than they fixed, which required yet another tradesperson to correct their work. Not so with the Stafford Brothers – both the wider reputation of Leigh and Gavin and what I have witnessed first hand, is that the brothers are two tradespeople who will work on your residence with the same level of care and pride as if they are working on their own homes.To install an air conditioner is a deceptively challenging task – this involves an entire complex workflow fraught with potential complications. My install of an Innova 2.0 air conditioner required investigation of optimal placement, core drilling of holes approved by a structural engineer as well as the all-important electrical and plumbing decisions. You are, of course, first required to purchase a suitable air conditioner model - another area in which the Stafford Brothers were able to assist by obtaining one of a limited number of Innova units freighted to Sydney from Italy via Perth.When considering air conditioning installers, a fully integrated bespoke service - from sourcing the air conditioning unit, to installing and servicing - is the key to both perfecting the initial set up and maintaining peak performance. Leigh and Gavin are specialists who immerse themselves in the entire process, as every step of an air conditioner install benefits from detailed understanding of the context of the previous and next steps. To have the workflow fractured across suppliers, core drillers, installers, warranty service teams etc. is not ideal in my opinion.Working in educational psychology for the past three decades, I soon picked up the OCD and perfectionistic tendencies in both brothers. This particularly extends to worksite “tidy as you go” neatness - I suspected, given half a chance, Leigh and Gavin would have started washing my dishes and ironing my shirts. You can even track their arrival to your place just like an Uber, simply by clicking a ServiceM8 link in the SMS they send you and without installing an app.When working together, the brothers have an interdependence, synergy and symbiosis that only close family members can share. The result is that they perfectly complement and enhance each other’s abilities. Watching Leigh and Gavin working together and solving problems in real-time is at times sublime and their work is first class. Although their quote was not the lowest I had received, the highest level of skill, expertise and care provided by the brothers will save money in the long run. I could not be happier that I trusted something as important as the ability to control my home environment to the family business that is Stafford Brothers Air Conditioning. Highly recommended.

Stafford Brothers Air Conditioning recently replaced our obsolete and broken roof mounted air conditioning system package unit. This was not a straightforward procedure and it required considerable initial research as well as procurement and adaptation of non-standard or fabricated parts to maintain the existing associated inaccessible ducting and wiring retained.Leigh, Gavin and Glen did a fantastic job and were particularly helpful, efficient, considerate and easy to work with throughout the process. Leigh and his team were amazing ! We had tried two other companies , trying to get ducted air conditioning installed in our (difficult) home . Stafford brothers made it sound easy ! So happy with the quality . One thing that set them out is they give you a message 15 minutes before they arrive . So professional ! Always on time . Answered all our questions amd concerns . Vacuumed up so the place was as clean as it was when they arrived . Really , we could not be happier .
