Just used Anthony and Damon to move a family piano. All communication in dealing with Careful Movers has been a pleasure.They were extremely careful whilst in my home and moved the piano with ease. They were in and out within 15 minutes. Highly professional, great service and friendly . I can highly recommend them.

I bought a piano on Facebook marketplace. I got a good deal on an old, used piano but moving it from across Sydney could have damaged it and made it not worth it. Damon and Anthony made it happen safely, promptly, and have the right kind of truck for said affair. Really happy with my new piano and worth the money to transport it safely! They offered me a fair price and was an easy process. Honest, fun guys ready to help!

Damon & Anthony moved an extremely heavy piano for me. They communicated well right from the quotation stage to the actual pick-up. They were extremely careful not to damage any other items that were in the vicinity while moving the piano. They were in and out within 15 minutes. Extremely professional and great service.

I’ve moved many times internationally and within Australia and this was by far the worst moving experience. I had arranged by phone and in writing a rate, date, time and address for moving (with respect to the owners response below, I have confirmation via sms one week earlier from the mobile number on the Careful Movers website which includes the rate and time and acknowledging the steps etc...). I also made it clear the house had a steep driveway and steps to the house. I sent sms reminders in advance of the move in date and called the number - no response. Friday afternoon before the move I received a call from what I believe to be a third party and unfamiliar with the job. They asked for the address and if I wanted to move on Saturday or Sunday. I confirmed Saturday, and they said that 8am was not possible and that 1pm was only option. On Saturday I met the 2 removalists at 1pm and they seemed concerned there were going to be steps at the destination. At 3.40 the removalist arrived at the house and on seeing the steps and driveway refused to unload the truck - the next hour consisted of one of the removalist having a series of heated phone calls and complaining to me about the situation - I was even dragged into speaking someone over the phone to attempt to negotiate next steps. After an hour the 2 removalists started moving items into the house and later 3 more removalists arrived. The job was thankfully eventually completed and I had to pay a completely different set of rates than was agreed in the first place. I am still unclear what the relationship is between the removalists on the day and careful movers; and how from start to finish they managed to screw the job up so badly.

Very professional and extremely careful with people’s belongings I would recommend this company any dayAnd I will use these guys again next time I need a mover
