One of the most relaxing experiences. I never fall asleep during Therapeutic treatments but I'm happy to say I did for the Sound Therapy. It put me into such an amazingly relaxed state. I felt so good afterwards and will definitely be back for more. What an amazing experience!

If you can do one thing for yourself I highly recommend you book in and see Tam. The studio itself is stunning. Tamara is very knowledgeable and tailors her treatments so perfectly for you. I always walk out feeling energised, relaxed and aligned. I can’t wait for my next session!

The most amazing relaxing experience! Tamara's place is so beautiful and as soon as you walk in you can feel the calm and grounding energy. I have had quite a few sessions with her, exploring sound massage and ITA alignment, working through different physical and emotional blockages. Tamara is so warm and welcoming, her presence is really gentle but yet so powerful. She lives and breaths her work and there is so much love, knowledge and integrity behind it. Highly recommend!

Tamara at uniquely balanced performed a sound massage with bowls using the Peter Hess technique. The feeling was like a dream within a dream, I left feeling a weight had been lifted and highly recommend going to see Tamara.
