Julie from Orange Toast Social Media has been administering the social accounts for Feathers Pet Hotel on Facebook and Instagram for almost two years now. She also helped us to revamp our website and provided much-needed training along the way.She helped us create a social media strategy to align with our business goals and generates, edits, publishes, and shares engaging content daily. In addition, she regularly suggests and implements new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.We are in the animal hospitality sector, severely impacted by the Covid-19 restrictions but have been able to keep our socials going and our community engaged, even when no one can go away on holiday!Julie provides a hands-on, personal experience which I love.
