Do not waste your time, money and energy purchasing from Coco Republic.We purchased a modular sofa but have had the worst experience - there have been multiple issues with delivery, horrendous communication throughout and a complete lack of decent customer service. For a company that has built a reputation as an upscale brand, the experience we've had is unacceptable and very disappointing.We finally received our sofa only to find that one of the pieces was black and the rest was white. Despite an evident major error made by Coco Republic, it has been me who has been forced to make multiple follow up calls and I have seen zero effort or urgency to resolve this. To make matters even worse, I have now been told that I may need to return the 3 correct modular pieces to their warehouse and then wait months for the new modular set to arrive.It must be noted that my partner and I have purchased new furniture for our entire house from other reputable competitors and have had zero issues. The process has been seamless.Coco Republic - your furniture may look nice, but your operations and customer service are the worst I've ever experienced.

Disappointing first experience making an online order with Coco republic. I only received a notification for the order being received 2 weeks after time purchase was made. Then received a seperate email 2 days after advising product is no longer in stock. The business need to better manage what is advertise as ‘in stock’ on the website vs what is actual in stock to ensure ordered are fulfilled accordingly.Update: The exact item is back in stock 3 months after but not at the same price as I initially purchased it for. Very disappointed to know even though they advised the stock is no longer available and they weren’t expecting ‘future inbounds’.

Absolute toilet of a business, I would not wish this experience on anyone.Placed an order to furnish a whole house in December as we moved into our new place in Jan, was told delivery was in January, then delivery was split, then pushed to March, then pushed to late April, then pushed to late May. First delivery arrived with half the items and one of them smashed to pieces, Living in a house with barely any furniture. Called Coco Republic to find out whats happening & where the other items are and was told someone will hopefully get back to me in 48 hours...It is clearly evident that no one in the business cares whatsoever about updating you if there are delays, the status of your order, which items are going to be delivered & just your general happiness as a customer. I don't think I have actually ever received worse customer service, anywhere in the world....Totally mind blowing for the price you pay.

I had a terrible experience with Coco Republic. I placed an order in December 2022, with the expectation of delivery in January 2023. However, the item was not delivered until March and upon arrival, it was not in the condition that I expected, as evidenced by the photos of the sideboard they delivered.Despite multiple complaints and follow-ups, they were unable to provide a satisfactory replacement. They scheduled four deliveries for a replacement, but cancelled each one the day before. Finally, they admitted that they did not have the item in stock and offered a refund.

Pathetic service once again from Coco Republic.Order #001100081A - paid in full on 29 May 2023. Promise of early June delivery. Account not updated on 16 June 2023 still show balance outstanding, which is incorrect as payment confirmation received on 29 May 2023xPhoned Coco Republic on Tuesday 14 June 2023 after “early June delivery” not met. Spoke to agent (lady) who promised to follow up with delivery company Piedmont and call me back.No call back - not surprised as I have experienced this from Coco Republic many times previously. Time for management to check their phone recordings for “quality & training purposes” - it’s just such a poor experience.Phoned again today (Friday 16 June 2023). This time a male agent. Had to repeat the same story. Got the same promise of follow-up …..So I thought to write a review as for a company with high quality products (expensive) the customer service is absolutely atrocious - I have so many examples over the years. I have even previously written to Coco Republic management giving all examples & details.No surprise not even an acknowledgment.This was my last Coco Republic purchase ever. A company operating this way simply doesn’t deserve repeat business nor any loyalty.

I have had the worst experience dealing with them. They have supplied more then half the furniture faulty, will not fix or offer refunds, keep replacing faulty items with more faulty items.Do not spend money with them. I have left 100s of positive reviews with companies, check my Google profile. These guys are scam artists!

We were nearing the completion of building our new house and were put in touch with Sophie Blanshard from Coco Republic design services. We had quite a unique brief for our home and wanted a furniture design package that pulled the interiors of the house together. Sophie reviewed our Pinterest boards, our building designs and went way above and beyond to deliver an outcome that far exceeded ours (and everyone who comes to visits) expectations. Sophie's fantastic listening skills and attention to detail allowed us to get everything we were after. Would absolutely recommend this service.

Many other reputable furniture companies you can give your hard earned money to. The staff on the ground are fine but their ‘concierge’ service is an unhelpful overseas call centre. Complete disconnect between all parts of the business. The furniture is nice but save your energy and buy somewhere else if you can. How are you going to take full payment of my order and be unable to deliver for 3+ weeks. I’m in a metro area so the timeframe is ridiculous. I’ve bought from King, Castlery amongst others. Once fully paid it was at my doorstep within days.

I have had the most horrific experience with this company and I wish I had read the reviews before I handed them my money. We received an item that is faulty and it has taken over two months to finally speak to a manager name Stacey. We were offered a refund and it was withdrawn we have been calling leaving messages on the daily with zero follow up from them. They have essentially stolen our money. I have spoken to fair trade and they have advised that unfortunately a few people have had similar dealing with them. It is impossible to speak to anyone and their call center is offshore in Fiji.I have been asking for a solution for over two months and NO ONE CARES. TODAY they reduced me tears as they just would not respond! It I'd almost like I have been scammed!! I am not stuck with a faulty sofa for 2 months with no solution.I'm at the stage we're I just want to take the couch there and leave it there.
