Early hours on thursday morning on the 24/9/20 around 2am i drove to the 7 elleven from Hinchinbrook and the the employee working that night would not open the doors to allow me inside because he was mopping the floors and told me to wait outside for 5 mins i said i cannot wait that long just let me in and serve me then he could go back to his cleaning but still would not allow me in to grab what i needed so i just drove off to another garage.. discusting attitute from him not happy with their attitude there not very friendly.. i would like to talk to the manager about this issue.

Bad attitudes except for one or two blokes who work there. Only place that wont sell tea no matter how much i ask them to talk to management about it. Always the biggest rip off for fuel. Todays prices for example.7-11 - $1.48/LSpeedway across the rd - $1.28/LMobile down the rd - $1.40/LBP up the rd - $1.40/LUnited - $1.29Im all for businesses making a profit but this is straight out price gouging.

Worst customer service always on the phone talking never say hello and for a shop that’s open 24/7 the amount of times I’ve stopped there at 3:30am on the way to work to be told there shut JOKE!!

Such a disappointed of the late staff. Recently I came to this place twice (most recent day is 14/07 around 9pm), I asked the man to help me check if there was any parcel that sent inside the counter by mistake instead of the parcel locker. The way that staff looked at me is kind of not welcoming and also he said they never received any parcel like that except their own parcel. But I was kindly asked him to carefully checked again because it used to happeneped to me before. He just looked around quickly and said there is no thing like that. I asked him if could check with the morning/afternoon staffs in the next day so at least I have some information about my parcel so I could claim with the sender. He just rudely cut off my sentences and blamed it on me as well as the sender.
