After making a purchase for a necklace and realizing it was a little too short for what I was after, the customer service assistance Sophie was so helpful in arranging for this necklace to be extended. Already ecstatic that this could happen I wasn't sure this was going to arrive back in time before the event I had and Sophie again went above and beyond and made sure it was dropped to my house asap after the necklace had been extended. Probably the best service I have ever had and also just love their jewels. Always so stunning and last forever! Thank you!!

Poor customer service and poor quality jewellery! Paid over $100 for an anklet which broke within 2 days!! Request a refund and they refused. Would only provide a store credit, or fix and return. I explained I did not want either of those options, as the anklet would likely break again and I did not want anything else from their website, but they still refused to refund me if I posted the item back. Rip off.

Waste of customers time not putting proper disclaimer on products not eligible for sale, and they don’t honour their Black Friday sales. They cancel your order without any explanation, only to respond after enquiring without being any apologetic for their own error.Could have bought items in same quality in other place at similar pricing and now missed sale period because of them. Never again will trust this jeweller.Design is okay otherwise

I stumbled across this brand a few weeks ago! SUCH high quality and fantastic customer service! I wanted to buy a ring for my housemate for finishing her treatment. I asked the ladies at Love Isabelle if I could possibly get express shipping so that it came in time (even though express shipping isn't an option on the website). Not only did they offer it but even PAID for it. Thank you so much Nat at Love Isabelle, you are an absolute legend! They have won me over and the jewels are gorgeous! I will repurchase from them in a heartbeat xx

such a great experience buying from love isabelle! we bought Daisy Earrings very close to christmas and we emailed the store to see whether they would be able to fast track the shipping, and they were so lovely and very quick to respond and help us out! package got to us 2 days later and the earrings were wrapped and looked exactly like the photo on the website! very much so recommend!
