Absolutely beyond happy with the service provided.I was looking to get a plaque to put on a road cross for my father-in-law that would do him justice and the plaque I received was better than I had thought it would be!I was hoping for delivery before Christmas but knew it was a close call but it got here and we were able to go put our hand made cross with the plaque on it up at the site.Jack’s customer service was impeccable and could not be happier with how everything went and turned out, all for an extremely reasonable price!

Appalling service. Advertise replacement of watch batteries. When I picked up my watch I was given a small plastic bag and told these thingmebobs fell out of your watch". Mother of pearl face was cracked in 2 positions and surprise! Watch didn't work!"
