Jess was able to locate an item from the store room I had been searching Sydney-wide for. I'm glad I didn't have to wade through the store though, because this place was a mess!

One of the staff was so rude, I asked her nicely and politely where I can find an item and she didn't even bother to stop kept walking while pointing where to go while walking giving me her back and I was just standing there on a spot waiting for her to say where to go. I had to go around the whole store myself to find what I was after. Mind You I had a screenshot of the item from the website which she didn't bother to look at my phone. I wish if I slapped the attitude of her. Totally does not deserve the job.
