When I do get served, it's normal to be told there'll be about a 20min wait for your script" - this was at 10am on a Thursday and there was no one else in the store. It's just a general nonchalant attitude to customer service. I spent the extra 5mins effort to drive down the road to Chemist King and was served immediately and had my script in hand 3-4mins later."

Bought the cough syrup by staff strong recommendation but not familiar with and the brand never seen before .Immediately after drinking, I felt nauseous and dizzy, the taste is awful the worse I ever had. Went to see staff within 10 mins described strange bad feelings after taking this syrup and applying to switch to my familiar brand as Bisolvon but rejected. The reason by manager is “this is all your symptom caused nothing related to this medicine!” Left the medicine on the counter In manager and staff’s formulaic and arrogant attitude.

The personell at this store are very friendly, caring, non-judgmental.I recommend this chemist to anyone local.i go there nearly every day and the cheery hellos i receive lift my heart.thanks to the pharmacists and the assistants who work very hard and professional.i never thought i would compliment a pharmacy. Good people deserve a great big thanks.

I write this review based on today experience but also from previous ones I had with this store. One of the older lady there is often rude, but today was the icing on the cake. My Mum has been running around for 2 days trying to secure a RAT test so a family member can go out of isolation and back to work (work requirement). Few people were lining up for the test and, once her turn, one of the staff members is about to reach out under the counter when this lady whisper something into her hear. Suddenly they are all sold out. I ring the store myself, a lovely lady answers and tells me they have some instore , they just need to unpacked them. My Mum asks again, and again rudely she was told they were all out. When she tells the lady about my call the story changes, they suddenly have some but could be hours before they unpack them. My Mum is willing to wait but after 45 minutes standing up (she is 70 years old) they send her away, they told her they didn't have any left. This is the last time I give this store my money. I understand the chaos at the moment with Covid and these tests, but don't lie to people.

Yesterday on May 10th, 2023, I felt extreme racism. The incident has stayed with me and I am still deeply affected by it. I am reaching out now to request an explanation for the last sentence the staff member said to me. During the encounter, I was wearing a mask as I have a cold or hay fever. I asked for Nurofen nasal medicine". Could the staff member kindly explain how they responded to my request? I was shocked and hurt by the rudeness and prejudice that was displayed during our interaction."

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I had covid and they kindly dropped my anti virals off for me so I didn’t have to go out.

The staff are lovely . I always feel uncomfortable with the head pharmacist there .Judged and questioned on what medications I take and that my doctor should do this and communicate with them.. No other chemists i go too give me a hard time.Never will go back for that reason. Don't feel comfortable.

The main pharmacist here likes to embarrass woman and ask questions about scripts he has no right asking. He also doesn’t like to be told to apologise, he would rather have security deal with his disgruntled customers.I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you want to be questioned and embarrassed infront of 20 people.
