Replaced the glass on my watch without any issues. Looks like brand new. Went to 2 other watch places that couldn’t supply the glass. John had it turned around in a couple of days. 10/10.

John was amazing to deal with from when I requested a quote I was contacted within 20mins and then dropped it off on my way to work and picked it up the same day. He was reasonable and informed me along the way of where he was upto. I would recommend him to anyone reliable service. Thanks John

I had my watch repaired at a different place but it only lasted a week. Therefore, I contacted John. John was very helpful to fix my watch while I was in town on holidays. He was flexible with our holiday plans and repaired my watch the same day. I would highly recommend John to anyone.

Have a reasonably expensive dress watch that I had attempted to have repaired for several years with no luck. Found Fix My Watch on Sunday evening and sent through a quote request. John replied within 30 mins and the watch picked-up and returned to me this afternoon. John was great to deal with, excellent communication, craftsmanship and service. Highly recommend his services and will be first choice in the future.

My husband's work presentation watch was repaired by John at Fix My Watch. I found him to be very efficient and he sent me text messages to let me know when the watch would be ready and delivery day and time.
