To Chiksan you can’t have an appointment if we are not taking new customers, we have survived for 30 years without advertising or social media, so this doesn’t make a difference to us.

Called to ask what was the price for a women hair cut and was told she was not getting any new customers. I was automatically dismissed with out even have the opportunity to ask for an appointment. As someone that works in customer service too I was shook. Don’t waist your time going there. I don’t know if there is such a thing like “enough customers” but it seems like clients are not need it in Hair Direction.
