Amazing! I walked into the centre with a lot of pain with my feet and shins, and 2 weeks later I barely haveany pain. I have been seeing Mundeep for a few months now after over a year of doctors giving me no answers . I met Mundeep in October last year to fix some pain i had in my knees and feet as a result of wear from sports and work! Straight away he fixed the pain in my feet and developed a plan and therapy for my knees that progressed me into easing and fixing my problem.Fast forward almost 12 months and i am back again getting treatment for a fully torn Achilles tendone that I injured in January! The results and progress i have seen is second to none, he has worked closely with me and done hands on therapy that included shock wave and massage to help break down scar tissue and free up the tendone plus developed a program of movements and stretches to bring back strength and flexibility in the area. Mundy will take the time to make a plan suited to your needs wether its something simple or complex! He is great to talk to and very professional. The best Podiatrist I have seen! Mundee helped so much with my tendonitis. The shockwave is a bit painful but feels fantastic following. I have gained so much from a couple of session with him. Also, the dry needling helped relieve a lot of tension from my calf and got me back running quicker.
