It is ridiculous, after deducted the cleaning fee, didn't return the remaining bond. Even made up so called owed rent, I asked for explanation, but couldn't explain clearly, even deducted all the amount of bond, this is so bad, and also threatened me. So, I suggest everyone don't choose this agent, please tell your friends don't choose. And I want to give you guys few suggestions1 please save each transaction record when you finish the payment, just in case they say you arrear, then don't return bond.2 clean well as much as possible before you move out, don't choose Friday as your lease ending date, Wednesday or Thursday, earlier is better, also avoid public holiday.3 if they don't return on time, contact NSW fair trading, make complaint.Be careful everyone when you rent house or apartment.This agent is really bad, please don't choose! So bad!
