Best hardware store staff greet you in a friendly manner like you are one of the family. And Joe is the best I visit with my dog Gus. Gus and Joe are best bros especially if Gus gets a piece of smacko!Great place to shop has all my needs, Gus's and my parrot feed. Thanks guys

Phoned the store to see if they had button batteries which they have in stock on arrival to the store the staff member Joe had taken time to have my purchase on the counter.. thankyou for your great service .. l shall certainly be back to support this store..

In today's world you would expect a business owner to act in a manner that would allow the customer to stay loyal to them, but instead the manager argued and swore out loud and had no respect to the customer.To represent Mitre 10 and Makita and carry on in such a poor or foul manner makes a customer move to a different product and supplier.As a business owner in the building industry we support small and large businesses.We have a very large Makita tool range and upgrade every few years.Due to the poor behavior of the owner manager of Kelly's Mitre 10 Wodonga forces us to shop elsewhere and to rethink about buying a Makita product.The other week we purchased one of the larger Makita battery chain saws. It was supposed to be new but later found out it was the display model. That night we charged the batteries and the following day went to use the chain saw and it did not work so we rang the store and took it back.The store could not give a replacement and refused to give a refund. We were told that it would need to be sent off to be assessed repaired even though the manager had already tested it and could not get it working.We informed them of our rights under the Consumer laws but this made the manager even more angry at which point he replied you will not be getting a refund. He also threatened us with expulsion from the shop.The manager informed us that he rang Makita and they said it will need to be sent off to a repair agent. After that the conversation became more off-putting and intimidating.A second staff member took over and I explained that we were sold a faulty product from day one and it should not be the consumer who has to wear the consequences or long delays in getting it repaired.It would be a different matter if we had the tool for 6 to 12 months and it broke down but for Mitre 10 to sell a tool that was already faulty should be the responsibility of Mitre 10 to sort out and not treat the customer in such a foul manner.After standing our ground we finally were given a refund but no apology.Now if you ask Mitre 10 what happened they will probably place all the blame on myself being a bad aggressor customer. When I started to talk to the manager I explained that I am recording the conversation.At no time I was told to stop recording the conversation, if I playback the conversation it shows that the manager a Mitre 10 representative to be the cause for the situation to get out of control.

Unlike their major competitor, you don't get such a feeling of look at all of these in-house brands were gonna rip you off" so that is comforting and reassuring.Also they have a really butch clothing selection for bi masc appearances

Great service and range at reasonable prices

Great store buy my horse feed from there.Its set out well walk along the aisle and all on display and easy to get.Will load car for you.Also have a big range of products from boots work wear. Garden furniture hardware even laundry detergent.

I will continue shopping with Kellys Mitre 10 Wodonga very good customer service and the manager was very helpful when talking about issues'
