Cue Nails

Easily the worst experience getting my nails done. Staff were rude, got my fingers with the electric file as well as the regular nail file. My nails look awful and my fingers are so sore, red and swollen.**Edited to add**my fingers had blisters because of the friction burns I got from the electric file.

The worst nails I’ve had done. I just arrived in Canberra for work and needed a refill and repair. The lady that started my nails kept hitting my nail beds and although I spoke up, she kept doing it, as well as checking her phone. She also put a nail on crooked and the colour I ended up with wasn’t the colour I asked for. The next day my nail beds were raw and showing signs of infection. I went back to show them and the lady who started them was arguing with me and being highly rude saying I just didn’t want to pay. The ladies were raising their voices at me, speaking over me and trying to get me back to fix it. I didn’t trust her not to cut me again and refused. I’ve never had an issue before anywhere else and am worried about infection now. So disappointing for someone new to the area and have never had treatment like that when I was just trying to resolve the issue.Don’t visit this salon. Not respectful at all.

Agree with another reviewer - 0 STARS if I could.I got my nails done 2 days ago but look like they've almost grown out by a week. Women was very rude, didn't even talk just kept pulling my arm when it was already extended all the way and banging on the counter as instructions. The electric file burned my skin around the nail and broke some skin, they are so sore now. Never go back there.

I get SNS on my fingernails done regularly (and also shellac pedicures) and have been happy every single time. They are always friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is the staff member sitting arms reach from me with her feet on the counter. Otherwise very happy with SNS manicure - good price, it’s lasted two solid weeks (and I’m very rough on my hands) and the lady that did my manicure was friendly enough.

This nail shop is WAY underrated. THEY ARE AMAZING & I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The care & time put into my acrylic nails was absolutely brilliant! They where friendly, decently priced with BEAUTIFUL, STERDY quality acrylic nails.I’ll be going regularly!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staff were extremely rude. Kept hitting my hands and telling me to relax. Not even a week after getting them, the gel is peeling off my acrylics. Worst experience and the worst nails ever. Got the shape wrong as well. Never going again. No respect and disgusting behaviour.

Dropped by in my lunch hour & they fit me in with Mina. I'd had a manicure with SNS nails done for the 1st time at a different salon a few days before and wasn't happy with the colour or the shape as nails were piled thick with too much dip powder and looked humpy & ugly. Mina filed and buffed off the excess polish and reshaped nails to a way more attractive shape and I chose a prettier colour. Very happy with the results and pleased that I didn't have to soak nails in acetone to remedy the previous salon's poor job. Clean, pleasant and well aerated salon, with friendly and professional staff.

The customer service was excellent. The team went above and beyond expectations.My nails also look great. Had a pedicure as well as infill. Totally recommend this place and I will be back

As with others, if I could give 0 stars I would. This would have to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had with getting my nails done. The staff were so rude. The set up is so uncomfortable. The stools are way too high for the bench. They kept taking away the rest for my arm, so had to hold my arms up the entire time. I had one woman file my nails, then another one come along and file them again and she continued to file even though I told her the other woman had already done it. They were so rough, pulling my arm and bending my fingers in directions that my fingers just don't go. I had a broken nail that need a tip put on. I asked for the nail to be cut back, but she refused to do it and just put the tip on. She didn't ask if I wanted to keep the length or trim the nails. I asked for almond shape. I had to ask 4 times for them to be almond shape as she just kept making them round. I just gave up in the end as I don't think they understand the different shapes, despite the chart being on display. Each nail came out a different shape and length. The nails are lumpy and ugly. I have nothing nice to say about this place at all. They charged me $70 for nails that are ugly and I had to go home and file and shape myself.
