Can't help you submit your claim. Run you around giving you extra paper work you never needed AND when you go in to ask why you haven't been informed about your claims approval or rejection LONG AFTER THE DATE THEY SAID IT WOULD BE COMPLETED BY. They tell you nothing other than it's being processed."Yeah and I have appointments to have and a kid to pop out so I'd like to know when I'm getting access to my payments. Especially long after the date I was told I'd know.These guys need to get it together slowest and most devoid service ever."

The waiting times are a bit insane and the services are quite slow. Using their online web services would be a better idea.

Would help if the first person you spoke to was actually smart and answered the questions correctly instead of getting halfway through a claim getting to contact someone else to say everything the person said before hand was wrong. I don't have seven years to waste!

Had my third visit in a week to Centrelink Mandurah to assist my elderly Aunt - the service from the security guard at the front door, through reception and finally to Glenyse was excellent. Helpful, friendly and minimal wait times. Just hope Centrelink introduce an on- line booking system soon!

Depending on who you get to help you, the lady I got yesterday was as cold as ice, and very demeaning, it ended up she gave me the wrong advise.

Trying to contact any centrelink body is fraught with inconsistencies, even the robot is a numpty. Its as if this government body is trying its utmost to frustrate you to the point of giving up. Customer hung up = problem solved.I place No Blame on individual employee's, but I am concerned about the people that created such a client unfriendly system. The people that do not have to deal with the consequences that their system creates.
