My partner went to purchase a top on wed morning 27th may. The sales person was arrogant and looked down her nose at my partner. Little does she realise every purchase helps pay her wage.

The Watergardens store is so well presented, uncluttered and clean. The team are always friendly, helpful and polite. Love the fashion and love the reward system. Great store.

Went to shop on Wednesday morning as I love Sussan clothing range. However the sales assistant at the register seem arrogant and unapproachable when I asked for a price check on a top that was in the sale section but just had a full price tag. I was going to purchase more garments but her attitude put me off and ended up getting just 1 item. Customer Service definitely needs to improve at this store.

Found what I was looking for and great service too. Recommended.

Disappointed with the service provided by staff member Debbie at Sussans - Watergardens store, went to exchange an item and due to the correct size was not available, they refuse to refund my money back, item was never been worn nor damaged and was in good condition, according to the policy item I was returning was within two weeks, was asked to come the following Monday since there was no manager was available,.Management should put hire professional staff with great customer service skills!extremely disappointed with today service specially for been a loyal customer for so many years..Approached a other store which was 20kms although I was upset but I was determined to proof Susan’s at water gardens wrong and got my refund on the same day.. this shows Debbie wasn’t planning to keep a loyal customer but lost one in a day..believe she is new but she needs to learn how to treat a customer well..
