Wash 'N' Go Brendale 24/7 Car Wash

I had some difficulty with a malfunction of the automatic laser wash, but the owner replied immediately on Sunday (!) to my email and refunded my money very quickly. Great customer service, happy to stay loyal to this venue.

Love coming here! So convenient and always leave with excellent results! Bonus that we can bring our dog here and bath her too! Making trips home from camping that much easier!!

Great experience, car been washed nicely.

Went in today at 7:20ish for auto car wash. Paid $24.50 and the machine did nothing. I sat around for 5-10 minutes and the machine didn’t move, didn’t tell me to move forward. Absolute waste of money. Not worth going if there’s no staff.

What even is the point of this place? My car came out dirtier than it went in. It did nothing but leave streaks on my windows.I could have bought a car wash kit and paid my kid to wash my car for less.

Went yesterday at 4.40pm for the first time. Had the Ultimate for $24. The wash was ok but the spot drying wasnt great. There were water droplets left all over the car and windows. Went to find the staff but there was noone there. Asked someone vacumming a car if they were staff and he said 'no, havent seen any staff here for months'. So I ended up wiping my car over with a chammois to get rid of the waterdrops. The receipt I got out of the machine shows I was there at 23:14:44 on the 8/6/23 when in fact it was 4.40pm. Wasnt really impressed with the water drops left all over the car and no staff being there, when its stated that staff are in attendance till 5pm on Fridays.

How can you fault this place the layout how simple it is so you can’t get confused, amazing utilities to make cleaning your vehicle very easy and looks professional. Also a change machine which is really convenient. Also the option to use your card for these services is amazing it caters for everyone.

This is the second time I’ve used this car wash first time I went in the auto wash and it is one of the worst auto washers around didn’t even get the dust off my bonnet the 2nd I wash the vehicle my self $35.00 later I still had to dry my car my self and the wheels still look the same 2 days of brake dust on them I recommend you wash your car at home it will be deeper and it will do the exact paint job. Nothing fancy at this car wash and you probably would get a better result. If you did it yourself at home the delay between the election is up the 40 seconds don’t wast you money like I did

Quick, Efficient and good mirror finish wash on my red paint. Absolutely no scratches or flaws at all. Definitely will be my go to car wash.
