This guy has no idea about computers. He took my laptop, took a week to look at it. Now some of my laptop screws are missing, some other parts are missing as well probably and laptop still doesn't work. Charging me $230 for nothing. Avoid him.

I went to repair my computer. I told him it was a hardware issue, but he persisted it was not. He installed Windows on my computer and said it is working again. I stressed to him that it would not change a thing, and that I could do the same at home and save me my time and money. I told him if I could at least get a refund if it does not work still (I knew it wouldn't). He said no. On the same day i tried it at home, it was still giving me the same problems. He would not give a refund or at least try fix it. Horrible.

WARNING do not use this business for your repairs!!!! I took in my laptop for the charging port to be reset as it a bit crooked - not even a major repair and nothing at all to do with the motherboard and my laptop is returned to me with a fried motherboard. This guy has no idea what he is doing! He either fried my laptop or took out my motherboard and replaced it with a fried one.Please don't make the same mistake I did by trusting this guy. If I could give less than 1 star I would.I've learnt my lesson by trying to go on the cheap.
