Okay, I don’t normally write bad reviews just because it doesn’t worth my time. But I had to write this so that everyone else can avoid this horrible shop and this horrible horrible person at this place. If there is zero star or minus point, I would give it. This shop does not even deserve 1 star. I was there 1 month ago with my friend. I was there at the front desk only for 5 min and that person already made several eye rolls. She seems like a manager, with a pouted lips quite tall, AVOID HER. Very mean. No manner to the customers. SO RUDE. So so so rude. Like there are not even words that could describe the way she treated us within that 5 to 6 min. It was just awful experience. I was pointing at the hair sample and she said “don’t touch that” with an eye roll. When I ask one question, literally just one, she said “oh my god, so many questions” LIKE HOW? And she kicked us out saying something like “We are very busy. If you are not getting your hair done, just leave”. But we were at the front desk only for like 5 min!!!! It is around 4pm. Okay, if that is the peak hour and if you are a manager, do your job and manage well. It is not just that this person is rude, it is also the fact that this person does not deserve to be in customer service and earn respect from the customers when she is not giving respects to customers too. It was horrible. Just 5-6 mins at the front and I knew she is bringing down this place. Guys, you need to be treated with respect. This kind of people, they should not be even working there. It was that rude. It’s the person in the picture btw, so that you can avoid. Tall, with big lips, will do alot of eye rolls, super rude, will not respect you, and does not deserve your respect too. You can pay same amount of money with same quality or even better quality and will get treated with respect in other places. Not here.

I had to write a review on this place and distinctively about the manager of this store. Hardly seen someone as I'll mannered as this lady. She spoke under my breath something racist and distasteful which I don't wanna mention in public forum. I walked out of the store without taking any service. The store was absolutely empty and I shall not wonder why. Will never recommend anyone to go there. Awful as it could be.

Nez was my hairdresser last Sunday. She did an amazing job with a full head of fine foils. The treatment helped prevent breakage during the foils.She truly transformed my hair without breakage. I will be going back.

I walked in with very brassy hair, and long regrowth, asking for a root smudge and toner.Michelle colored my hair and the result was amazing. They also did a beautiful blow dry and cut. I was very happy with the result. Michelle was very knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my hair! Thank you!

Rude staff member and manager, unprofessional,Don't recommend them.Updating: It it could have been another unpleasant experience of the other client of yours, l came for a trim on 27/4/23 and the blonde girl cut my hair too short and couldn't fix it afterwards cause it was too short, she didn't listen to what I wanted and was in a rush to move to the next client. Worst experience ever in my life and charged me $75 for the mess

Figured I would give this place a chance even though the reviews were not great, I probably won't come back... My advice is just to consider the reviews before coming...- Wash was ok, maybe a little aggressive on the head massage but it's ok- Was given a towel to wrap my wet hair myself. Had a so much hair stuck on it from other customers...- The hairdresser did the blow dry first (which I've never had a hairdresser do) and then cut like 1 inch of my hair even though I said around 2-3 inches. Looked very uneven when I got home- The team just felt overly unprofessional e.g. leaving to go get an energy drink during the blow dry, one wearing thongs, swearing, shouting etc.- I was told it would be $65 for a wash, cut and blow dry but then I was charged $85Thank you for the haircut!

Lana is amazing! Hands down best hairdresser I've had. Lana did Seamless1 extensions that look brilliant, blended literally seamlessly with bleached colour of my shorter hair. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly, reasonable pricing and good availability for appointments. Will definitely be sticking with this salon in future.

Michelle did my hair colour today. My long hair takes some effort but she never gave up. She's awesome.

Stay away from this place!!! Absolutely horrific experience. I’ve been there twice and I will never ever EVER go back. They are verbally abusive and bully their staff. Blaming apprentices for their lack of knowledge but refusing to help or train them. I was mortified and embarrassed for the poor girl doing my hair who was consistently bullied by the owner and the senior hairdresser. The apprentice ended up burning my hair and leaving the colour on far too long (my hair is completely damaged) but instead of the senior hairdresser and owner actually coming over to teach her or show her what to do, they just called her names and talked very loudly and demeaningly about her. I’ve never had a worse customer service experience or my hair damaged/ruined worse by a hairdresser. Oh and the price board is completely fake. Nothing costs as advertised, at least double every price. False misleading prices. Terrible workmanship. Horrible service and attitude.
