Expect to be disappointed. very unreliable with their delivery time and date. look for other companies with better customer reviews. the cost saving is not worth the stress that you will get from Melbourne Truss. They have changed our delivery date last minutes 3 x.

Great people to deal with. Tahir & Farouk are great guys. Very helpful.Great range of timber, doors, accessories.Thumbs down to the Truss department for stacking roof trusses incorrectly on the truck. They allowing too much flex with no support in between gaps of timber and trusses arriving on site damaged.Don't trust the promised delivery time. If they tell you 1st thing Monday morning, expect it around 11:30ish.Overall, great company.

Do not under any circumstance deal with this shonky company". They will underquote to obtain your business and then try to charge you for extras later on. Receptionist has no idea

These people have been around for some time now they also sell doors and can help with contractors for installation

As a professional house framer I have used these trusses and wall frames from time to time as the builder thinks he is getting a good deal.they like to quote you cheap but not include the enough material to finish the job and sting you to on the material you need to complete the job.eg. of the material that's missing. Posts, Bolts, Temp bracing, ribbon plates. Packing beams. Subfloor beams. ETCThe last job they did I had to rectify 80% of the walls because they were all 10mm too big.in my opinion this is the worst truss company in Melbourne and I would never use them for my own house. EVER!

Been wanting to place an order over the phone, told me to email them and theyd get back to me, I had to call them for them to get back to me, by the time they respond they say they dont have stock and they can no longer deliver it and now its COB. An absolute joke of an ordering team.

Going with Melbourne Truss was the biggest mistake I have ever made. They have caused my builder and myself significant financial loss and almost sent both of us broke due to their incompetence, constant lies and repeated failed deliveries for months on end. They make every excuse under the sun and none of their departments know what's going on. My builder was constantly calling and trying to manage flow of his material himself as there seems to be no site manager who keeps things in check.They will promise delivery on a certain day (via written email) and nothing will arrive while you wait on site with your trades (this happened many times). Then when you call to ask where your delivery is they tell you lies and on numerous occasions had not even commenced production of the frame sections. When things do finally arrive they are usually incomplete or require additional work.They indicated that our order would take around 3-4 months due to material shortages but it actually took them 9 months to deliver everything for just one site, after requesting 100% payment upfront. Had we not called and visited their site constantly it would have taken 12 months or more. Don’t believe their excuse of blaming Covid etc. look around everyone else is getting their timber!I can go on all day. They are not fit to run a business and should be investigated by the ACCC. Do not under any circumstance use this company. If I could give negative 5 stars I would.

I have been in touch with Nehal, who was promising to send your quote in 2 weeks. I followed her up every two days, and she told me that your team works hard on our project. Yesterday, Nehal notified me that we would get our quote at the end of the day, but of course, I did not obtain anything.Today, she explained that our project is too complicated for you, and you cannot make it.It is looking very unprofessional to notify it after waiting so long time. We will have a significant financial loss because of your awful attitude. I hope your conduct is different from your other clients.

These people delevered to a new house being built next door, they not only pulled their truck right across my drive but also had the stabiliser up my drive. A little courtesy goes a long way... ASK! I let them go for about 1/2 hour then when they started using the Crane arm to unload the trusses to the 2nd floor, they had both my electrical and telephone lines hooked up over it and stretched tight. I firstly said to them that they were going to pull the wiring from my house, they told me not to worry. My telephone line had gone all crackling, I asked them to move as I wanted to go out, basically in the end after being told to f....k off, and when I parked my car in front of my house (after I got them to move) they said they were going to ram into it. If I could post the video here of the wires hooked up I would. Rude arrogant and unprofessional idiots!
