We have our property managed by BresicWhitney since 2017 and we would highly recommend their service to our friends whoever looking for a property manager. We have Jack Mckenzie as our senior property manager who is the most reliable and always more than willing to go extra miles to truly understand our needs and resolve issues we have. Even during the market downtrend Jack worked diligently and managed to find us highly qualified new tenants with just 1.5 week non-occupation gap in between (around the same time our friends' agent made the gap as long as 6 weeks). We are very satisfied with the service and happy to have BresicWhitney manage our property in a longer term.

A Tailored sales strategyBrandon met me whilst looking for a property 3 years ago and he never forgets a face. Two years later when starting the search for another property, he instantly recognised me as I arrived at an open home. From that point, he kept me up to date with sales that were relevant to mine and sent through listings that he thought may be suitable for me. He never gave me a hard sell to see my current home yet checked in on the renovation progress. When I asked him to appraise my home when it came time to sell, he and Adrian understood the house and the effort put in during the renovation. I could tell that they saw the unique nature of the property and understood its strongest selling features and who my target market was. When we sat down to discuss the sale, they didn’t tell me that they were the best agents or that they would get me the highest price, instead they detailed a unique sales strategy to engage the target market for my home. In fact, the eventual buyer was one of three people that he mentioned in our initial catch-up that he and the team were actively working with. They sold me on a distinctive team effort and an office ethos that supported each other to help get each property sold to the right buyer. At the photo shoot, the whole BW Balmain team came to see the house and Merridy sent through photos to a client to let her know that the home was hitting the market. Brandon was always available after hours, did additional viewings and dusk showings and even put the sticker up at 9:30pm on Valentine’s day to make sure the buyer could get a picture with the sold sign. His energy is calming, supportive and above all you know that what he tells you is true. From the day the listing went live, I felt 100% confident in the team I had selected and knew that they would leave no stone unturned to ensure the best possible outcome, which was in fact a record setting sale for the suburb by 25%!
