Really great customer service. Highly recommend tim. Amazing prices compared to sticking through the dealership where your car is purchased and still staying within warranty terms. And feels like a more personal experience talking to the same person each time, and the person who does the work on your vehicle.You won't be disappointed.

As a visitor to Gympie, I have on separate occasions taken two well travelled BMWs to Cooloola Coast Service for urgent repairs so that we could drive back to Sydney. On both occasions Tim has, from a description of the problem, immediately diagnosed the fault, ordered the necessary parts to be shipped to Gympie, and completed the repairs within a day (and at a much lower cost than BMW dealerships in Sydney). Tim was an absolute legend - came in over the Christmas break and opened up for us after we got stranded with caravan brake issues. Got us fixed and back on the road. 10/10 would recommend!

Tim saw us at short notice whilst travelling from Brisbane to 1770 after we realised our break lights were faulty on our caravan. We texted Tim at 5am & asked if he would see us at 7.30am as we passed through Gympie. He responded in minutes, opened up his workshop early & knew what the problem was straight away. He promptly fixed it, tested the whole van & then refused to take any kind of payment!! He was very friendly, amenable & also great to chat to. Many many Thanks Tim! You are a top bloke! Allan.

Amaizing service by Tim. Professional. Honest.. We called him 4.45pm Tuesday afternoon about a problem with our Landcruiser after travelling to Rainbow for 4 hours we now thought our beach holiday was over b4 it began.. After calling a bunch of mechanics who did not want to know us we were sooo lucky to get onto Tim. We drove car from Rainbow to Gympie first thing Wed morning and repairs were done by midday.. very honest charges for great and prompt service. can not recommend enough.. a true professional and honest mechanic!!
