customer service not up to scratch. added 'extras' on tagged/advertised price:bodgy bloke tells us 'these sofas fly off the shelf'; but after asking when same model would be available next got told, in an unbusinesslike manner, 'sorry we don't bring items in just for viewing as they don't sell'! surely he could have gleaned whether i was actually wishing to buy the unit or just view it as i was interested in buying the item. Very! on further investigation we got told there was no 15% sale this week (as per other branches) when the margaret river branch under sofas and beds shows it is a 15-50% off 176hour plus sale. then we were told we had to pay for the legs to be attached (it is illegal to sell a product more than the tagged/advertised price eg the product we were perusing already had four legs). plus, despite being only 2 mins drive from the shop, unlike previously when we had free delivery, we now had to pay $50. This guy should be selling ladies XXXL lingerie in Petticoat Lane!

What an awesome efficient and friendly service we got from these guys! Got exactly what we needed, straight off the shop floor with no fuss and at a great price. Erin and Nicole handled the transaction with great efficiency and Nic even flexed her muscles and helped us lift the bulky item into our trailer. Service with two beautiful smiles! Just brilliant!

It is an absolute joy going in to this shop now. Erin and her team are friendly, helpful and always go the extra mile to help. Erin has gone to considerable effort to stock fantastic lamps, prints and rugs - along with the usual range of furniture. It feels like a different place. It is now my first stop before going anywhere else.

Sadly on my second visit customer service was with attitude. Brought two single mattresses to be informed while i was waiting to pay 'they won't be stocking this product again because of the quality' arrived home unpacked single mattresses to find they were Comfort Style home brand with a year warranty. Lastly they dont stock gym equipment even though the customer attendant was dressed in lycra ready for the gym in a furniture store, . Enough said, need to say first visit was really good with another staff member serving hence went back in to purchase.
