Adroit Fencing

Contracted by my builder for work after we had moved in. Arrived and started work on a public holiday at 7am (hello what laws are we breaking here?) Sent two 'kids' to do the job. After 12 months it was discovered the post holes were less than 25 cm in depth. Had to get my landscaper to fix the movements in the fence as holes were not put in deep enough in a clay ground. I would never use them again.

Driveway measured 3 weeks ago today for roller/slider gate and still no quote?!

Unfortunately I should have read the reviews before contacting Androit fencing. After a month plus post site inspection and multiple emails and phone calls, no quote received. Ended up going through a different fencer who start to finish had the job done in under 2 weeks.

The “contractor” that done the job trampled my garden, left piles of dirt from the post holes and bits of concrete, he also installed at my neighbors request an additional pine plinth and had to join the two with a square bit to provide support so it wouldn’t bend I’m assuming. The fence was supposed to be 1800 high, due to being jacked up to accomodate the extra plinth it’s now higher than the fence I thought I was getting. When a woman called me to ask if I was happy with the job I asked “would it matter if I wasn’t” I told her about the mess left and she basically said it wasn’t their responsibility....I didn’t even get into the trashed garden side of it.I’m not happy with the job or the customer service....I WILL finalise the bill but I WONT be recommending this company to anyone ...do yourself a favour and steer clear of this mob!

Visited the job within a week of contacting and said would have quote later the next week. Over 3 months have passed and despite several contacts from me quote still not received. I have received very good service from another manufacturer in Ballarat

overpriced and left lots of excess cement around the site, left gaps under the fence that my dogs could fit under and now there is a huge bend in one of the fence panels.I’ve contacted multiple staff members only to be brushed off and not replied too. Darren is negligent and hasn’t got much care for customers and the quality of work being done, only cares that you pay the bill.

Amazingly and massively overpriced.Months to finish,Left so many screws and snips of tin we were able to fill up a sauce jar, called to get them back, they weren’t interested, took weeks to get them back to finish the side gate,Just nope!

Fantastic! The initial job they did on a 40m of fencing with specific requirements was excellent, very competitive quote. Honest and reliable. We had issues after a large storm (and a sunken tank, which wasn’t Adroit’s fault), and with no hassles Adroit came back, fixed the fence issue where the tank had struck it, fixed (and reinforced) the gate hinges to withstand anything, and even noticed a bit of latch handle the kids had broken and fixed that too - all with no charge. Easy to deal with, professional - would highly recommend. We had a number of other quotes which didn’t come near to Adroits.

Stay away from this joke of a company. Very untidy workmanship. Left excess concrete and took many contacts for anything to be done about it. Then proceed to bully my partner who had been contacting them asking for it to be done. No way to run a business. Lastly they jacked the price up while we were waiting to have the issue fixed before paying the final invoice.
