After putting up with a toothache, going to Pacific Smiles was such a relief.The staff were all welcoming and Dr Briinda the dentist was lovely and reassuring as too the assistant.No pain for an extraction was wonderful. Thanks so much ladies, cant thank you enough.

Better than i Thought really Good understanding service

Sandra is an amazing dentist. Unfortunately the receptionist today and the last time I was there let’s the practice down.wrongly charged last time and she was rude today when I said I had no glasses to fill out COVID form. When I mentioned the surcharge on payment as she said it wrong both times she and I were then confused. When I said I don’t agree with it she said you can always pay cash!! Or go to a different dentist. It took two months to get in to Sandra as my first appointment was cancelled. And had too wait another 1 month to get in.

Good dentists but controlled by the big company policy. So if you need an emergency appointment it's a lottery. You have to ring at 7.30am on the day and hope you get through to speak to the lone staff person. Leaving a message means you fail to get the prize. I rang exactly at 7.30 did not get through, left a message and then rang again at 7 42 to be told all apps gone and try again tomorrow. Tried 2 days now without success

A big Thank you to Pacific Smiles, they made me an appointment for the next day and saved me from a nearly decade long headache from my wisdom tooth, Andrew pulled it out in no time I was shocked when he told me it was out because I didn't feel a thing, it was a really clean removal it didn't bleed much at all and I have near no pain the next day without any painkillers what so ever, Gemma called me today to make sure everything was going okay which was lovely and I really appreciate it. Also I spoke to Mel to make the appointment and she also was really lovely :)

Had my first dental visit here today, very convenient that they are opened on a Saturday. Dr Andrew Chau was very friendly and did a thorough clean :) The nurse Jess was also very friendly and made me feel at ease in the chair.

Word of warning - please read before booking through the online system.Arrived to my appointment only be told that it wasn’t confirmed or in the system, despite receiving a confirmation email saying ‘appointment confirmed’ and then further following the appointment up a month after I booked (booked the appointment about 4 months in advance). The reception lady was pretty rude when I found out the bad news and wasn’t sympathetic at all and made me feel like I was in the wrong. Even though I booked through the online system and received a confirmation email, she said that unless the practice contacted you it’s not confirmed..which is very misleading. I was pretty frustrated given that I had taken time off work for this but was able to be squeezed in the next day. Please be careful when booking with this practice.
