Lost a spacer on my mountain bike, Diego fixed up in minutes. Great person to deal with, best service, thanks mate. Went and spent some money on accessories and the service there was also awesome. All in all a really great experience, best around. Thanks

I had a fantastic experience here thanks to Nicolas. He was very attentive in listening to my needs, very informative and not a pushy salesman, and didn't rush me! He presented to me 3 options to test out, to see which was the perfect fit. Helped me with finding the right bike, helmet, lock and lights! Thanks Nicolas for helping me find the right wheels to explore Melbourne in! We shall be back in the future for me =) hasta lluegooo!!

Exceptionally friendly staff who are also very product knowledgeable and never make you feel rushed or pressured to buy any product, merely on the basis you have asked a question about something. A nice place to visit, browse and buy which I did in one of their regular and excellent sales. 99Bikes Bentleigh are the complete and utter antithesis of the sharks at Harvey Norman and the 'Good' Guys and I can think of no better compliment or comparison than that.

We went to 99 Bikes Bentleigh, for a bike for my 12 year old son… the service we had was fantastic. Nicolas was knowledgeable, kind and helped us find the perfect bike and helmet for my nearly teen. He was also very patient. I cannot fault the service. I would recommend him and 99 Bikes to anyone.

Purchased a Merida 200 Bike 6 months ago took it for a service and the entire chain and rear cog had to be replaced. I have ridden the bike only about 6 times on road since purchased. There is no way the bike was fit for purpose if this was the result and no warranty fix was offered very disappointing!
