Materially better than the norm for a letting agent: flexible timing, high integrity, informative, helpful, thorough, easy to deal with and a welcome gift upon moving in! Hands down the best new apartment entry experience I’ve had in Australia, and somewhat restores my faith in an industry with a bad rep. The personalised attention of a senior partner made selling with a smaller commercial agency like Miglic Dean a very positive experience. Katherine’s calm, assured manner and highly knowledgeable, well-researched approach engendered full confidence in the market valuation and a marketing strategy that attracted strong attention. The purchaser came from established agency contacts and we accepted an offer at the upper end of best expectations a week in advance of scheduled auction. Miglic Dean provides property management for our residential property and we couldn’t be happier. They are fabulous communicators, very professional and make sure all parties are happy. Our tenants are super satisfied and feel well looked after and we, as property owners, know that everything is taken care of.
