Whoever is the driver for deliveries in my local area in Reservoir, is an absolute legend. Delivers after hours, super polite and friendly. Discreet drop offs when I'm not home. I've had many packages delivered over the last two years through covid, and I've had fantastic deliveries from this gentleman. Auspost, I want to recognize this driver, so please contact me!

Would rather pay extra to come in and pick up all 5 parcels up myself over a month waiting, why don't you guys just subcontract your work out to other company's instead of having to much pride and making everyone angry and frustrated. Worse service!!! Next update on app will be your item has been delivered but will be the wrong address.

The female at this particular branch who wears a head scarf is an absolute miserable sod with a personality to match - why do they continue to let her work there ? Stay at home if your monthly is heavy.

Excellent Australia Post Store! The service is fantastic, I've always found the staff to be both friendly and helpful. It's usually busy, but manageably so. I've never found I've had to wait long to be served. Parking is good, I only had one time in about the 30 times I've gone there where I couldn't find a park.

Parcels always get stuck here, even if they're meant to be Express Delivery. We've known about Covid for a while now, and the consequential increase in parcels, so isn't it about time you did something about it and perhaps hire more staff? There are probably plenty out there who would be grateful for the work.And secondly, if you can't make good on Express Delivery then please don't continue to charge for it.

I've always found staff to be friendly and helpful here. Once I addressed a parcel to my parcel locker here and didn't realise it was sent by courier. The moron courier dropped the parcel on top of the garbage bin at the post office and left. Thankfully the staff saw the parcel and brought it inside before anyone stole it and I was able to pick it up from them. It's great to see people going beyond their job to help others.

Wish I could leave zero stars. Drivers throw You have a Parcel" cards reporting "No-one in Attendance" on front step without knocking or ringing bell. That's assuming the delivery doesn't disappear completely with unrecognizable signature on the drivers PDA. Atrocious service. I refuse to send with Australia Post but aggravatingly still need to deal with it for incoming deliveries."

The delivery driver claimed that my address didn't exist, it's not a new property and we have had hundreds of packages delivered there before. I'm now left chasing the package trying to stop it from being returned to sender.

So I have been tracking a parcel that was express posted which unfortunately had the wrong street number/name addressed to Craigieburn, vic. As soon as I was aware AusPost was contacted and they have left a several traces for the Somerton distribution centre to re-direct the parcel. However, despite all notes/requests from AusPost redirection channels, it seems the somerton centre has ignored the requests and taken one look at the street address and sent it back to the sender without following up. It seems staff doesn’t know what they are doing or don’t really care about the services they are providing.
