Very Friendly Servicing Staff. Since I bought a new car and 1st year Service now , having great experiance with Frankston Toyota. Recommendable place for buy or Service the vehicle

They didn't repair my car and charged me $528 for the maintenance. They didn't do anything. Won't come here again. I have filed a complaint with Toyota in Australia.

The staff in the service department were fabulous, l was told 3hrs but only took 2hrs. Thank you Toyota.

Every time I brought my car here for service, I had issues with it no more than two weeks later. These people fixed absolutely nothing; just charged me money to play around with my car. When I spoke to the service manager, I was told that the issue was that my car was old. Took my car to a different Toyota Service location, and they diagnosed and fixed the issue for less than half the amount the service team at Frankston Toyota Service charged me. Utterly useless bunch of money-hungry idiots; wouldn't recommend their services to my worst enemy.

I booked already for the service 2 weeks ago and it changed 3 times, I booked car loan and it confirmed and then it canceled 1 hour before.Horrible customer service talk very horribly.

Overall, the customer service is pretty ordinary.

Hubby booked in our car and asked for specific item to be serviced on top of the general service that we were getting done.Waited all day for a call to pick up just after 4pm rude guy rang to ask when we were picking up the car, well obviously we waited for you to call us.Arrive to pick up car to find the specific thing we asked to be done wasn't.Older reception lady was quite rude and said that he hadn't asked for it to be done even though I was there when he booked it in.Customer service not great

I got my windscreen wiper fixed with a new kit. I am so happy with the windscreen wipers they work perfectly and I’m so impressed with Toyota Service Centre. Thank you so much for your good work.
