I had an absolutely aweful experience and would not recommend this agency. They did NOTHING to manage my property at all. Only 1 inspection early on & they could not arrange access to my property for the last 2 months of tenancy. The tenant damaged back door, kitchen bench, bathroom tap, shower screen, unreported water damage, dead lawn due to parking in front yard, pool completely green & requiring shock treatment, chlorinator broken due to lack of maintenance by tenant. Agent proceeded to release bond with NO exit report or any compensation for the damage - answer to everything we disputed was Reasonable Wear & Tear" and as we were moving back in refused to assist "as we don't manage your property anymore you will need to sort it all out yourself". My advice - steer well clear!"

He’s good at getting back to you in a timely manner. He really cares about clients and their needs when it comes to helping them rent a home.
