Money thirsty HCP, their monthly management fee is almost $900 but they can’t find cleaner, send untrained randoms to my mothers house, can’t find good gardener won’t pay for a vacuum cleaner, air fryer, small wheelie bag to take to hydrotherapy, won’t pay to sanitise and clean ducted heating outlets apparently it’s not a health concern, couldn’t assign new case manager for 10 months but still charged during this time and no one returned calls. This system needs a massive overhaul, it’s unjust to the elderly.Stay clear of this company

Didnt pay our invoice for blinds done for a care connect client. Several email reminders but no reply. Frustrating.

Never return phone calls , Shelly the area representative for Barbara Cecchi area won't return calls. Services have been cancelled but never been passed on too Barbara .
