Abbey arrived with such an amazing attitude, clearly communicated with me and ensured my expectations were met. Her attention to detail and her happy positive attitude not only impressed me but my whole household. Thank you Abbey looking forward to seeing you many more times in the future.

We used their service for cleaning our house 3 times with some gaps between due to lockdown. Not fixing the schedule until the night before which is not convenient if you have to work and arrange time. Good general superficial cleaning but very careless, all three times we had to do additional cleaning on the tables and restroom ourself. And worse very argumentative when you bring up the weaknesses to them so they can fix it for the next time. Also more than 30% increase between 2nd and 3rd time for the same service. Not recommend at all!

Very bad attitude and business ethics. They quoted my wife over the phone $49 per hour to clean our windows to do the job. They had the job completed by two people and they instead charged us $49 per person. So we were charged twice as much . When we queried they’re poor communication they got very abusive and threatened to call the police. They claimed they have informed us but they never did. We believe they lied and intended to cheat.Their attitude and communication is as bad as it gets for a business and I recommend for people to stay away from them.

Cancelled the original day booking last minutes saying they are running late on other jobs. Said will come at 8am the next day with 2 people. They reassured me they will be here at 8 when I said they can’t be late. They didn’t show up at 8, I called and they said one person will come at 8.30 and another at 9am. Never apologised and was rude when I challenge them about all these.Reply to owner reply:Sour grapes I see? Proving my point in how rude and unprofessional you are. Baselessly saying my house is filthy for a year? I didn’t say anything rude or lie in my comment to you. My regular cleaner was sick which is why I booked you in short notice. If you can’t do someone’s job don’t take it instead of making false promises. And learn some manners.

We booked on a Tuesday, promised to come Friday morning, wife took the day off, promised to arrive 15h30pm, then 18h30pm, eventually said Saturday morning, they had not arrived by 18h30pm, promising the whole day to arrive, wasted my wife's day again. Promised they can do the job on Sunday, told her that she was not proffesional and told her to not take on work when she is busy, I do not recommend this company.They also do not keep in contact with you. One has to keep calling for progress, so a lot of time invested and job still not done. Called another company to arrive 9h30am.

Wow! What can I say, these ladies (Galina & Lana) have made my apartment look brand new!Such a good thorough clean, efficient and super friendly! Highly recommend! Great value for money, THANKYOU!

Cannot recommend these guys highly enough. Was able to book them late at night when I was in a jam.. they came early the next morning and did an incredible job. They communicated with me throughout the process and were just so so lovely. Will definitely be making them my permanent cleaners.

AMAZING and UNBELIEVABLE!! My house looks the cleanest it ever has!! Sent enquiry on Tuesday, heard back within 2 hours and got my clean started the next day! Highly recommended

Cleaners with an attitude!!The cleaners who came to my house were not willing to listen to what I wanted done or how I wanted it done. They were curt and were not willing to communicate in a professional manner. They appeared to just want to come and clean as they wanted to instead of listening to what I needed.I regret not turning them away right at the start when they gave an attitude as I tried to discuss the job.I won’t recommend this service at all. The worst cleaners that I’ve ever used. I also see that the business owner keeps refusing to accept any negative comments. Speaks a lot about the kind of service you can expect :-D

Ellie and her team helped me out very last minute when my existing cleaner cancelled last minute. I needed a cleaner to deep clean our home prior to going on the market, and Ellie was extremely helpful, organising a deep clean with only days notice. Nina did a wonderful job, the house looks fantastic! Thanks so much guys.
