Christiane's Hair Design Rouse Hill

I have recommended Christiane's to my friends, but today's experience left me bitter and exhausted. Usually the services I go for (keratin treatment, highlights and hair colour with a hair cut) takes between 3.5 -5 hours with a lot of waiting time, which I am patient with. Today it went for 7 hours with customers arriving after me beimg serviced ahead. My appointment was from 10am, I left the salon around 5pm. I did not enjoy the experience at all, it was 7 hours of torture, not once did anyone check if I needed water even. I will be rethinking my choice in 2023.

Highly recommended.I went there as a walks in and I didn’t had idea what hair colour should I use.Natasha was her name and she suggested me what suits me best.I was really happy with the results.I feel so comfortable and the staffs are really accommodating.Thank you Natasha for making my day.Will be back again.

I went in on Monday morning to if my daughter could be squeezed in for a cut and blow-dry. Alexa was really helpful and was able to fit her in straight away. She cut my daughter's hair exactly how she asked, and gave her the most wonderful blow-dry. My daughter and I were so happy with the service that Alexa provided. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

First timer and definitely will not be the last, tried this salon for some highlights and a blow dry. The girls were so welcoming and accommodating on my last minute walk in appointment. Absolutely love my new colour, the girls were very friendly and show great skill of working in a team. Kristy and Alexa made my visit a pleasurable experience.

I showed my hairdresser exactly what I wanted, and she went above and beyond to give me the perfect cut.From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt like I was in good hands. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my hairdresser immediately put me at ease. She took the time to understand what I was looking for.By the time she had finished, I was absolutely thrilled with the result. My hair was exactly the length and style that I had wanted, and it looked even better than I had imagined! I know that it can be hard to find a good hairdresser, but I would highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a skilled and friendly stylist.Getting a haircut was an incredibly positive experience for me, and I am so grateful to my hairdresser for her expertise and care. If you're on the fence about getting a new style, I would say go for it – you never know just how amazing you could look and feel until you try something new!

Don't bother here.Retailers should strive on leaving a positive impression to expand their clientele.I was recommended this chain and opted for a initial consult but was swamped with inexperienced, poor and suboptimal service.Please bearing in mind to be reputable as this is not the only hairdresser in Sydney.

I am absolutely in love with my hair thanks to Christiane's at Rouse Hill. Alexa is super talented and always does a superb job with my hair whenever I visit. Couldn't have done it better. Not only are they talented but they're also super friendly and provide great service.

Went in to Rouse Hill with my partner who wanted a trim. We had accumulated almost 20 stamps and were entitled to the free cut + blow dry as stated on the card.After showing the staff, they had a lengthy deliberation in the break room only to come out and say if we claim the free cut, we forfeit the other freebie on the card which we were only 1 stamp away from!I looked at the card, looked at her and asked where on the card does it say that?"She responded "we are human here

I hadn’t been to a salon in years. And won’t be again. No one introduced themselves, 3 different very young and obviously inexperienced workers did the colour/toner at instruction from someone senior from afar. The colour is terrible- striped and patchy. Took 3.5 hrs for foils and a cut. When it came to the cut they had to look for someone High and low to actually do it. After asking 3 times if I was going to get my hair cut. Poor communication, didn’t have any idea who was actually looking after me and although paid salon prices, no one with actual experience touched my hair. Felt worse when I left.
