Requested a quote for a new hot water system, had a friendly guy attend to provide the quote, answered any questions I had, answered any questions and was all around excellent.Then just heard nothing, followed up two weeks later was told they'll come back to me, waited another two weeks and followed up again, same thing again. It's been 6-7 weeks now and still no quote, just a waste of everyones time. If they didn't want to, can't or are too busy to quote the job, tell me and I can move on.

Had a great experience with Australian Hot Water! The team are honest, efficient, experienced and exceptionally easy to deal with.They won't talk you into something that you don't need. Last year Billy helped us fix our old tank's ignition over the phone (with no charges), which then lasted us for another year. Whilst all the other suppliers that I reached out to at the time were trying to get us buy new tanks right away.Highly recommend!

Excellent work and customer service after a recent hot water tank replacement. Mick and Angus were very professional and took care to clean-up and protect fittings. Reasonable prices too, highly recommended.

Efficient and great service. Replaced our instantaneous hot water system in our commercial complex quickly with little fuss. Receipt and warranty paperwork was sent through the next day. From one service company to another, it was a very smooth experience.

Showed up on time, finished the job when they said they would, cleaned the site and also advised about a gas promotion where I could get $800 back - no other company who came out to quote let me know about this offer. Best price and best service - would recommend highly.

Great experience, we are converting from gas to electricity. They installed a heat pump hot water system which needed new wiring, they also ran a new circuit to the kitchen for an electric cooktop. All the work was done quickly but carefully, pipework and wiring was neat and tidy, as was the site when they left. Minimum disruption. The office staff communicated regularly throughout the lead up all thorough professionals, thanks everyone.
