In the 12 years that I’ve gotten my nails done, Beauty Genesis was the worst experience I’ve had. Completely messed up my nail shape by over cutting the corners and there’s nothing I can do about it. Avoid at all cost.

I have been there many times and found this perfect girl just so gentle and patient, never rush or rough made my nail bleeding like some other place. She is perfect for me. I guess you just need to find one that suits you. Don’t just leave bad reviews for one staff’s mistake. Not fair for the business. And their prices are very reasonable, better than all the other places in Westfield.photos are all my experience there.

I went here for a pedicure today and instead of calling it “Pedicure” on the price list they should rename it “Torture Session”.This was the most painful pedicure I have ever had, I told the lady four times to please stop hurting me. Killed me when she was pushing my cuticles back and when she was massaging my legs it was unbearable. She was told each time and did not listen. She was clearly rushing as it was one hour before they closed.At the end I asked if I could sit under the dryer, only to be told there was no dryer and that the oil drops they put on make the pedicure dry fast. $40 for a terrible experience. This is a zero star rating.

Overall finish of my manicure was SO messy and bad quality. I was left with sns all flooded through my cuticles and all on my hands and skin. The actual nails themselves are grainy looking, scuffed and not smooth. The white they put on looks grey and uneven.The girl doing my fingernails was really rough and rude. I actually had to ask her at one point to please be nice.The pedicure had no massage, I had some cheap cream slapped on my leg and wasn’t even rubbed in. It dried up all sticky on my skin.Cost me $105.

Please dont come here..... possibly the worst almond shape when i went back to the shop the lady blamed on the shape of my nails. Are u kidding me?I never even received a single sorry!Business may be good for you today, it won't last forever

Won’t be going back. Sloppy and rushed work. Had to ask them to re-do a nail at the end because there was a hair from the brush glued into my nail. They were going to re-do that one nail in a completely different colour to the others if I didn’t pick up the container and check the code underneath. Such a rushed job all they care about is getting as many people through as possible. I hate my nails.

do not recommend, had to wait an hour and a half for them to start my nails even though i had booked an appointment , they did not listen when i asked them to keep my nails long, cut me twice and refused to give me a discount unless i went to the doctor and “there was something wrong with me”. once i went to pay they did not apply the 5% discount for paying with cash untill i reminded them. overall terrible service would give 0 stars if i could.

I’v been there so many times but definitely this time is the last time I came here. They have shortage of staff but they accept every one come to store! I normally book an appointment 1 week before, still wait so long to get my nail. Today I was there to fix my 2 broken nails although I refiled my nails 1 week ago. Anyway, I was waiting 2 hours to touch my nail after that they charged me 15 dollars!! ( normally new set is 45 dollars, they charged me 15 dollars for 2 broken nails) the other shops don’t charge you for fixing broken nailI’m really disappointed with my experience
